Essential At least 3 years recent experience of: • Analysing and developing business systems’ requirements and needs • Production of clear and detailed business process models and requirement specifications • Functional Design Specification • User Acceptance Scripts and Testing Desirable • Worked in an educational establishment • Worked in a professional services environment, particularly legal • Working closely with end users to develop their use of complex, off-the-shelf software packages • Design and delivery of training programmes and written material • Project Management understanding or experience.
