FINALIZING GIRL RECOGNITION ORDERS:
TO RUN THE GIRL RECOGNITION REPORT:
If you are completely done, and no additional changes are needed, click to submit.
1. Log into Smart Cookies.
2. Under the Reports tab choose Current.
If you submit and need to make changes, your SU PPM or cookies@gsksmo.org can de-submit the order for you if it is before March 16, 2025, 11:59pm.
3. Click Rewards on the left, Click Recognition Order by Girl.
4. Click Go to Report.
If you forget this step, there’s no need to worry! GSKSMO will complete it for you.
5. Click View Report.
Your recognition order will show a status:
REMINDERS : Families will be contacted directly for Girl Scout Day at the K, Girl Scout Day at Worlds of Fun, Snowcone, Panda Chillax Set, Paddleboard, Cricut, VR Headset, and the Girl Scout Trip by the email we have on file in our main registration system. Action steps must be taken to redeem.
Incomplete (means action needs to be taken like a size or choice)
Complete (no further action needs to be taken)
T – Submitted by the troop
S - Submitted by the SU
Cookie Dough notifications will be made in mid-April 2025, via email.
C - Submitted by the council
RECOGNITION ORDERS ARRIVE IN MAY:
Your SU PPM will alert you when they arrive. Distribute all recognitions by Memorial Day weekend.
