1.7 Work with the IT Solutions Department to enhance the City ’ s Open Data site for public access to crime mapping data.
City ’ s Open Data site for public access to crime mapping data was completed in FY2020.
1.8 Review the department ’ s Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Software (RMS) in FY17. Work with IT and Fire to plan for overall system replacement (FY19).
The Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management Software upgrade went live in October 2018.
