Come discover how to avoid Fair Housing and Agency “Roadkill” and how to serve your clients, customers, and the public in the best, most efficient and legal manner possible. This session provides immediately actionable Fair Housing and Agency best practices. 2 – 5 p.m. Did the Appraiser Just Kill My Deal? Is it really the appraiser who “killed the deal” or perhaps something else? Understanding the role of an appraiser and all the current regulations will help real estate licensees get to the closing table.
