The pent- up demand for new construction indicates there will be increased building of new homes in virtually every market. The desire for aging Americans to remain in their own homes means that builders, agents, and others in the industry will be challenged to find housing designed for all of life’s stages and abilities. Agents need to understand consumers’ demands, universal design features, trending technology, and the value cost benefit in the market. In this session, attendees look at common situations in which it is easy to break the code while trying to do the right thing. You’ll learn why the code says what it does and get an overview of how the code is enforced. Each article will be examined in terms of relevance and application to today’s business.
