With over 10 years’ experience working in Model Management, Samantha Granger is widely recognized as a key figure within the industry, scouting, shaping and nurturing many careers with a belief that beauty is confidence, no matter your size, shape, height or ethnicity. Her work as Senior Agent and Director has seen her work and grow many of the world’s top agency boards such as WILHELMINA Model Management and ONE Management. She has been a champion of diversity within the industry, with a mission to diversify the industry so that every single person can see themselves represented and to have relatable people visible to us. Samantha has since founded boutique agency CURV Management as a way to utilize this wealth of experience in the best possible way. CURV’s Managements personal and tailored approach is integral to providing a supportive, nurturing environment where longevity is the focus and talent can thrive. This boutique approach also applies to clients and CURV Management believes that the individual relationships built with those in the global media industry should also be nurtured and maintained.

I started modeling at the age of 16. WHEN DID YOU START MODELING?

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF MODELING?

Traveling was 1 of the greatest experiences, going to dierent cities and getting to work with icons in our industry was amazing. WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO WORK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MODELING AS A CASTING DIRECTOR? After years as a model, I decided to start scouting, it happened organically. I could develop young models as a way to guide and protect them from some of the model industry pitfalls and place them with top agencies worldwide.

After over 10 years of working at top agencies, I founded CURV Management as a way to utilize this wealth of experience in the best possible way. My management style is personal - a tailored approach is integral to providing a supportive, nurturing environment where longevity is the focus and talent can thrive.
