She has been a champion of diversity within the industry, with a mission to diversify the industry so that every single person can see themselves represented and to have relatable people visible to us. Samantha has since founded boutique agency CURV Management as a way to utilize this wealth of experience in the best possible way. CURV’s Managements personal and tailored approach is integral to providing a supportive, nurturing environment where longevity is the focus and talent can thrive. This boutique approach also applies to clients and CURV Management believes that the individual relationships built with those in the global media industry should also be nurtured and maintained.

Traveling was 1 of the greatest experiences, going to di erent cities and getting to work with icons in our industry was amazing. WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO WORK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MODELING AS A CASTING DIRECTOR? After years as a model, I decided to start scouting, it happened organically. I could develop young models as a way to guide and protect them from some of the model industry pitfalls and place them with top agencies worldwide.
