D aikin understands how hard installers work and how important their businesses are. To help reward trained Daikin installers, Daikin Ireland has created a new loyalty program, Daikin Plus. The program allows installers to earn points for every Daikin Altherma installation. These points can then be redeemed for amazing, branded merchandise like tools, workwear, and others. Along with earning points for each installation, every monthly homeowner registration will earn installers the opportunity to win an amazing monthly prize. STAND BY ME The loyalty program is linked to Daikin’s installation management platform Stand By Me. With Daikin Stand By Me, installers can rest assured they are benefiting from the best comfort, energy efficiency, usability, and service available on the market. Stand By Me provides installers

with many incredible features. The heating solutions navigator is integrated directly into the platform and lets installers design, size and quote their Daikin Altherma systems based on each specific house. Once installed, Daikin’s E-Care app makes commissioning and registration a piece of cake. The app provides a commissioning step- by-step guide and, once working, the install can be uploaded directly to the Stand By Me database with one click. Finally, once uploaded to the database, Stand By Me allows both the installer and homeowner to view and manage all aspects of the installation. Installers can set up remote monitoring to view installations via the app, track warranty, and manage maintenance contracts. Once the homeowner registers their system, they can then see all system- specific information, installer details and will also be notified annually to have the system maintained. Homeowners will also

receive a free extended warranty and service contracts upon completing the registration. Daikin Ireland is immensely proud of the Stand By Me platform and all the tools it offers to installers.
