A s a result of the pandemic and with the certainty that more viral and bacterial infections will occur, preparing our indoor environment in the fight against these viruses and bacteria has gained increased priority. LET THE LIGHT IN Biovitae is an LED sanitation system operating in the visible light spectrum. It does not use UV, so it is safe to be illuminated in the presence of people. Utilising existing lighting infrastructure, Biovitae is a continuous sanitation system. It does not use any chemicals, which also makes this system environmentally friendly. TAKE A DEEP BREATH The Fantini Cosmi mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system is also easy to retrofit, providing continuous fresh air along with heat recovery. The fresh air enters all rooms at a pleasant and comfortable temperature, ensuring the required amount of air changes. By harvesting the heat that had already been generated, the ventilation system will bring energy efficiency to the heating system, with achievable savings of up to 25%.
