Resort is 10 miles east of Albuquerque, a short distance from the Sandia Crest Ski and Recreation Area. Nearby: national forest, ghost towns, Indian pueblos, Rio Grande Zoo, Coronado Ruins and Monument. Albuquerque’s western edge reveals a his- tory page of petroglyphs, volcano cliffs, and the Folsom Man Site. DIRECTIONS: From I-40: Ex 178. At stop sign turn towards S Frontage Rd/Hwy 333 (old US 66) at Zuzax Gas Mart. Park on E side of Gas Mart. Entrance is uphill on R.

DIRECTIONS: From Buffalo: I-90 6 mi W to Ex 54. S (R) on SR 400. 11 mi to the town of E Aurora. Ex 28 E onto SR 20A. 2 mi, bear R on SR 78. S 14 mi to Jct of SR 78 and SR 98 E of Java Center. Straight on Pee Dee Rd. 3 mi to Pleasant Valley Rd. S (R) on Pleasant Valley Rd. 0.2 mi to entrance of park on the R. Do not pull in drive. Park on roadside to register at office.
