2023 Coast Resort Directory

COAST TO COAST POLICIES Reciprocity is at the heart of the Coast to Coast network. It’s one of our foundational concepts that turns a membership in your home resort into privileges at scores of others. All network resorts are expected to treat traveling members the way they’d like their members to be treated when they travel. Therefore, restrictions adopted by your home resort, in addition to those identified in this directory, may be applied to you when you visit other resorts in the network. RULES AND PROCEDURES

early-departure policy will be honored by Coast to Coast. MULTI-RESORT SYSTEMS When an individual, company or corporation owns and operates two or more network resorts, we refer to this as a multi-resort system. Visits by Coast to Coast members to properties within these resort groups have special restrictions. The restriction is that members cannot book back-to-back reservations at network resorts within a multi-resort system. After each stay at a resort in a multi-resort system, a member must be out of that multi-resort system for 7 days before starting another reservation/stay at a resort within that same multi-resort system. See page 50 for more details. NO-SHOWS If you don’t show up at a resort where you have a reservation and you didn’t cancel by 6:00 p.m. (resort time) the day prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the amount of Trip Points equal to the resort’s minimum-stay requirement. If you do not have sufficient Trip Points to pay the No-Show charge, Coast may suspend your membership privileges until you pay the No-Show charge. Contact the resort directly when a No-Show is disputed. LATE CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your reservation later than 6:00 p.m. (resort time) the day before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the amount of Trip Points equal to the resort’s minimum-stay requirement. SPECIAL NOTES AVAILABILITY Coast to Coast cannot guarantee that any particular resort or GNP will always be in the Coast to Coast network. Check CoastResorts.com for the most current list of participating resorts or GNPs.

SYSTEM USE To use Coast to Coast’s Tripsetter reservation system to book stays at network resorts, you must be an active member with both your home resort and

HOME RESORT RESERVATIONS Reservations for your home resort must be booked through your home resort and are subject to your home resort’s terms and conditions. If your home resort is part of a multi-resort system, all other resorts within that multi-resort system must be booked as specified by your home resort. You cannot make reservations for your home resort or other resorts within the same multi-resort system as your home resort using your Coast to Coast membership benefits, such as with the Tripsetter reservation system or through Coast Member Services. DAY-USE CAMPING If you plan to visit a resort for day use only, call in advance. Resorts may not have space available. Day-use fees are charged at the resort’s discretion. DRIVE-UPS Arriving at a network resort or Good Neighbor Park with no reservation is discouraged. It is at the discretion of each facility whether they will honor the Coast to Coast rate for any member who drives up without a valid reservation, including day-use RVers. Resorts may not have sites available. Those that do not accept drive-ups have the notation “drive-ups not accepted” in their directory listing. LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS Reservations within 72 hours of the arrival date must be made directly with the resort. This is considered a drive-up reservation, see the drive-ups paragraph above for restrictions. LAST-MINUTE RESERVATION CHANGES The resort’s published reservation change policy will be honored by Coast to Coast. EARLY DEPARTURES Let the resort know if you’re departing early; don’t just drive off without checking out. The resort’s published

Coast to Coast. ANNUAL DUES

Annual Coast to Coast membership dues are paid directly to Coast to Coast prior to your enrollment anniversary. These are separate from the annual maintenance fees billed by your home resort. RESORT ACCESS • Access to network resorts and Good Neighbor Parks is on a space-available basis relative to the number of sites each resort designates for Coast to Coast membership use. • Not all sites in every resort are devoted to the Coast to Coast network. Resorts can’t guarantee availability. • Coast to Coast cannot guarantee the availability of full hook-ups for

reservations at resorts. HIGH-DEMAND AREAS

At certain times, space may be difficult to secure in high-demand regions such as coastal areas in the summer and Sunbelt areas in the winter. It is highly recommended that you make reservations as early as possible when you’d like to visit these areas during peak season. SITE OCCUPANCY • Each RV site is limited to four persons, unless otherwise specified. This may include the member, family members and guest(s). Guests must travel with you in the same RV. • Each rental unit is limited to the number of persons specified in the resort’s directory listing, on the website or by the resort. HOME RESORT TRANSFER Home resort membership or ownership transfers must be discussed directly with the member’s home resort prior to contacting Coast to Coast.
