The Rental Unit for which the resort accepts Coast members.
MINIMUM STAY/NIGHTS
The minimum number of nights for which a reservation will be accepted.
The number of days in advance that a reservation cancellation must be received by the resort to avoid a cancellation charge. The number of days in advance that members can make rental reservations through the resort. Resorts listing “Y” require some type of deposit(s) that must be paid at the time the reservation is made or at the time of check-in. These are not covered by Trip Points and are payable by cash, check or credit card. The types of deposits may include but are not limited to reservation, security, cleaning, pet, key, remote control, linen, pots, pans and dishes. The resort will provide details when a reservation is made.

OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of people the unit will sleep. If there is no distinction between the number of adults and children, the Adults Included and Kids Included columns are blank and a total number is indicated in Sleeps (Maximum). “Y” means pets are accepted in the unit, “N” means pets are not accepted. If both types of units are available, “Y/N” is indicated. “Y” means smoking is permitted in the unit, “N” means smoking is not permitted in the unit. If both types of units are available, “Y/N” is indicated. “Y” means linens are provided in the unit, “N” means linens are not provided in the unit. If not provided, they may be available for rent. “Y” means pots, pans and dishes are provided in the unit, “N” means pots, pans and dishes are not provided in the unit. If not provided, they may be available for rent.
