For buyers needing assistance with delivery and logistics, Authentic Beef Ge - netics will work with arranging custom haulers to get animals to central locations around the United States for the lowest cost possible. Any animals that need tested for export outside of the United States will return to the ranch. There will be no cost for international testing. Freight and brokerage on buyer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Except for those stated in the terms and conditions below, there are no warran- ties, either expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the cattle being sold at this auction. The warranties and guarantees set forth in the “Terms and Conditions” are in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied, and the remedies provided therein shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for the Buyer, or any party claiming through Buyer, for any breach of warranty or guarantee therein provided, and all other obligations or liabilities . All cattle in this sale are offered according to the laws of the State of Iowa. 1. BIDDING The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final. 2. TERMS terms of sale are cash. 3. PURCHASER’S RISK Each animal becomes the risk of the Buyer as soon as sold. 4. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY A transferred certificate of registry is available for each animal upon request. 5. HEALTH All animals are eligible for interstate shipment, except for othe wise announced. Interstate health papers will be furnished for each animal in accordance with prevailing State/Federal Regulations. 6. BREEDING GUARANTEE All animals that sell for $4000 or more will receive a full first season breeding guarantee. First season is defined as a 60-day turn-out window while bulls are in breeding service. This guarantee is not an insurance or mortality policy, but a guarantee on functional fertility. It is not a substitute or replacement for poor management. Buyer assumes all risks for injury due to running bulls together or management decisions outside genetic control. If an animal is determined to be a non-breeder during his first season of service, we will provide a suitable replacement if available or a credit to a future sale will be awarded to the said bull’s owner in the amount of purchase less salvage. For the guarantee to apply, we ask that you contact us as soon as a condition is observed and before the animal is sold. All claims must be made by January 31, 2027. 7.IN-HERD SEMEN Authentic Beef Genetics reserves the right to draw semen for in herd use at our expense and the buyer’s convenience on any bull. 8. GENETIC DEFECT AND PARENTAGE GUARANTEE a. The parentage of all animals sold by the Seller is guaranteed to the extent that the animal is by the sire and out of the dam that is indicated on its registration papers. b. All test results confirming an animal’s genetic defect status must be disclosed to potential buyers prior to that animal’s sale. 10. ANNOUNCEMENTS Announcements made from the auction block shall take precedence over the sale catalog and/or any additional printed info mation regarding animal(s) sold. Catalog designed by
