In preparation for the ‘Self Discovery - Strength Finders Virtual Learning Session’, please complete the pre-work activities in the attached document .
For this you will need your Strengths Finders Assessment that you have previously completed. If you do not have this report you can reach out to Dirk who can access the report and send to you.

Prepare an “I statement” that will take one minute to be read out in our learning session. Example; “I am an arranger. This strength always comes into play when I have to do a complicated task. I take a step back in order to see the steps that need to happen during a certain process. Then I become like a conductor of an orchestra and try to ensure that all participants follow the plan and remain aligned. As an arranger I am not afraid to take on multiple tasks as I also know which ones I can delegate to others to work as a team. The team result matters”
