Spring Fest Join us at Independence Park on Saturday, March 4, for the 2nd Annual Spring Fest. This event will provide loads of entertainment including games, rides and inflatable attractions for children of all ages and adults young at heart. Additionally, guests will be able to enjoy live music, a petting zoo, strolling entertainers, vendors and so much more. Food trucks will be on-site selling tasty treats and beverages. Ruff Runner 5K On your mark, get set, go! Pearland Parks & Recreation will once again host its Ruff Runner 5k and Yappy Hour on Saturday, March 25, at Independence Park. Lace up your running shoes and join the race! If a 5k isn’t your thing, fear not—there will be alternate routes and distances better suited for walkers, participants competing with pets and kids aged 14 years and younger.
