WELCOME TO OUR SALE!
Hello and welcome to our 2026 Bull Sale! Whether you’re new to our program or have been with us since the beginning, we are so thankful for you! Being able to work with fellow ranchers is one of our favorite things and we look forward to what the future holds. Wow! As I look back on the past year, I am so thankful for what a year it has been. From the timely rains we received last spring, summer, and fall to grow grass like we haven’t seen for years to being blessed with a cattle market that seems to be long overdue, I am thankful for all that the Lord has blessed us with! Psalm 9:1 says “I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.” As I think of all the physical blessings God has given us, I am even more thankful for God’s greatest gift ever given, His grace granted to us through His son, Jesus Christ! Ephesians 2:8-9 says “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works so that no one can boast.” As I write this, I can’t help but think of all the ranch families that have been affected by fires and the devastation that they have caused to our agriculture community, my heart truly hurts for those families. I am reminded of how fast the physical things of this world can be taken away. You see, the enemy wants our trust to be in anything but God’s grace and salvation offered through Jesus, so he distracts us with the fleeting things of this world! Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” Our goal at LaDue Angus Ranch continues to be breeding and developing well-balanced cattle that will function in our climate and work for you. On our ranch the main focus is the female. We select sires that will build the cow that works for us and doesn’t demand that we work for them. We always have the commercial cattleman in mind. Every cow we have is expected to calve, mother, and raise her calf with minimal assistance from us. The bulls in this year’s offering have been developed slowly on a roughage only ration as calves and summered on grass as yearlings. All bulls are virgin and have had a breeding soundness exam and passed a semen test. Production data and scrotal measurements are listed for each bull. Zoetis HD50K test results are also listed by each bull as well as a comprehensive list on pages 26-27 in order to easily compare.
