"After the contract of engagement has been signed, we will request plans from your Architect and other key information to enable us to begin the rst stage of the process. This will begin with a face to face meeting."

Key things to gather and consider before our initial meeting may include; any inspirational or example images, budget, colour palette, ttings/xtures preferences and the use of joinery

Stage 1:

Overall Creative Concept. Essentially this forms an overview of the creative direction and design for the project. The concept will be presented to you in person, allowing for general discussion and feedback so the direction and key elements can be adjusted if required.

• Review of architectural layout. • Research design ideas for all aspects of the project. • Build a look and feel for all areas/ rooms. • Reference style images to create mood boards. • Initial selection of ttings and xtures .

We’ll rene the internal layouts and specify key nishes and materials for items such as ooring, paint selection, joinery, PC Items and Lighting. •Design Workshop Meeting •Sample boards (Fixtures, Finish- es, Materials, Furnishings) •Coloured oor plans to show extent, direction, and nish of oors •3D Rendered Images of the proposed design •Fittings & Fixtures (F&F) Schedule development. •Finishes and Lighting Selection •Layout Approval (Floor plans & Elevations, Including Joinery) •Preliminary design presentation."

"Stage 3: Documentation & Construction"

The nal stage is where the project really comes together. Schedules are nalised, Construction documentation created, and the nal Interior Design Package is presented and accepted. Sici will continue to liaise with you (The client) and the Builder to respond to any RFI’s (Request for Information) that may arise.

• Finishes Schedule • Lighting Schedule • 1:50 Elevations • 1:20 Joinery Sections • Fittings & Fixtures Schedule (F&F) • Lighting & Electrical RCP’s • Site Visits"
