Stretch and Strengthen • AGES 7-18 The purpose of this class is for dancers to learn specific skills and techniques to stretch and strengthen their bodies as well as to increase flexibility. Benefits of this class includes increased range of motion, greater flexibility, decreased risk of injury and reduce muscle soreness.
