Magic • AGES 5-12 Have a great time learning a collection of fascinating and mesmerizing tricks from the Magic Team of Gary Kantor! Amaze family and friends with tricks that involve cards, ropes, coins, mind reading and more. All materials are provided. Receive a magic kit to take home. Sign up again and again as new tricks are taught each session. Kids are grouped by age and always learn tricks that are age-appropriate. Each day we meet, we’ll explore and discover new STEAM topics. Participants will conduct experiments on their own using supplied materials. Safety goggles will be provided and participants will be given take-home experiments at the end of each club day! Intro to STEAM - Enjoy this introduction to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math with fun science experiments and art projects using measuring tools and various types of lab equipment. Crazy Chemical Concoctions - Use science to create awesome outcomes like volcanic eruptions, slimy gooey space mud, chemical reactions and heat energy experiments and more! Meteorology Madness - Dive into all things weather related to learn how it impacts our life on earth. From tornadoes and hurricanes to cloud formation and lightning and storms, we will conduct multiple amazing experiments to learn more about fascinating meteorological impacts! Earth Sciences and Fossil Exploration - Dig deep and learn about the Earth, fossils and other surface related elements. Pan for gemstones and create a gem chart and dig for fossils.
