I began my journey at Anchor after ma- joring in Management and minoring in Marketing at Purdue University. Initially, I sold printing services and worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car before return- ing to Evansville to join Anchor. Building strong relationships is key to my approach, emphasizing trust, punctuality, and exceeding expectations. I find great fulfillment in Anchor’s Clear Span products, transforming raw materials into functional structures that boost customer revenue. These structures address dealer challenges by of- fering spacious, meticulously engineered so- lutions that guarantee reliability and peace of mind. Customers consistently praise Anchor for delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. Outside of work, I enjoy family time at the lake, traveling, and supporting my children’s sports activities. My motivation comes from being a trusted consultant to our cus- tomers, guiding them to the best tents and structures for their needs, and empower- ing their business growth. My dedication to customer satisfaction underscores my commitment to excellence at Anchor.

I started my sales career shortly after col- lege through a connection who introduced me to Lou Brown at Anchor. He needed a young salesman unfamiliar with tents. Over 34 years later, some might joke that I still don’t know much about tents, but I’ve found immense satisfaction in my work at Anchor. My approach centers on long-term com- mitment and reliability, emphasizing trust and delivering on promises. I particularly admire our Venue product for its 60’ wide installations without heavy equipment, and our VXN line for its modular, relocatable buildings with taller eaves and customiza- tion options, engineered for any weather. Customers appreciate our reliability, cus- tomization, and high inventory levels. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, exercise, beach outings, and spending time with family, espe- cially my grandchildren, Rosalie and Sawyer. What motivates me most at Anchor is the enduring relationships with our team and customers, and seeing businesses grow in the rental and party supply market.

With a 35-year tenure at Anchor, I began in production and advanced through vari- ous roles, gaining extensive knowledge of our operations and products.This hands- on experience and my interest in sales dynamics led to a successful transition into the sales department, where I excel with Clear Span structures. I prioritize lis- tening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing genuine solutions, reinforcing Anchor’s reputation for excel - lence. Among our products, the Venue struc- ture stands out for its versatility and suitability for the rental industry. Clear Span structures solve common issues for dealers with their quick setup, durability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, enhanc- ing operations and customer satisfaction. Customers consistently praise their qual- ity and functionality, leading to loyalty and repeat purchases. Outside of work, I cherish family time and find solace in my personal retreat, the she shed, where gardening, crafting, and quiet moments rejuvenate me.The anticipation of each phone call and its opportunities motivates me daily. The dynamic nature of sales, with its potential for growth and success, fuels my passion and energy in my role at Anchor.
