We are dedicated to inspiring success through life-changing experiences such as our Summer Internship. Our internship program allows young adults to explore the country, as well as learn the ins and outs of real estate and property management. The program provides hands-on experience coupled with expert mentorship and support. Many of our alumni go on to secure positions related to their goals, or even onboard with Trinity. Since the program’s inception in 2016, we have hired 377 interns. Of those interns, approximately 45% are underrepresented minorities and 26% are first generation college students.
