No Accidents Tuesday July 13, 2021 No Incidents 3 Arrests • Brent Preston Hunter, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency. • Horace Lamar Whittaker, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency and Violation of a Conditional Release. • Greggory Allen Stokes, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 5 Accidents with 2 Injuries An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and 5th Street NE, Michael Andrea Anderson, age 47 of Vanceboro, NC, driving a 1998 Freightliner, lost his brakes and overturned, spilling his load of lumbar at a concrete barrier. Mr. Anderson was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service. An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and Patricia Drive NE, Matias Miguel Juan, age 20 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro left the roadway, struck a tree and was ejected from the vehicle, he was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service. Wednesday July 14, 2021 No Incidents and Five Arrests • Thurman Lewis Hickerson, age 49 of Manchester, TN, was arrested on a Warrant for Fugitive from Justice • Robert Nicholas Brown, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear • Kristi Watts Dean, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence • Matthew Stewart Walters, age 30 of Sylvania, was arrested for Menacing and Three Charges of Domestic Violence. • Carlos Tomas Pascual, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on three warrants for Failure to Appear 4 Accidents with 0 Injuries Thursday July 15, 2021 Incidents Damaged to City Property – Occurred at 605 Turners Ave SE, a bathroom sink was damaged, valued at $100.00 No Arrests and No Accidents Friday July 16, 2021 Incidents Damaged Property – Occurred at 4403 Godfrey Ave NE, two doors on a 2017 Toyota Tundra were damaged, valued at $750.00 No Arrests and No Accidents
