With Wildewood S.C. LP in California, MD Scheer Partners secures mgmt. contract for 289,000 s/f executed a new management agreement with SJS-Wilde- wood S.C. LP for the Wil- dewood Shopping Center, a 289,000 s/f center on 36 acres in California, Md. Scheer Partners senior vice president Marc Schlesinger and senior property man- ager Charlotte Cassell are responsible for the center’s day-to-day activities. Wildewood Shopping Cen- ter boasts JC Penney, Belk and Sears Appliances as ma- jor anchor tenants in the “Bed Bath & Beyond is an important new tenant for the center, and we are happy to entrust the timely renovation and construction of its store to Scheer Partners. Both centers are 97% leased with avail- abilities ranging from 2,250 to 7,500 s/f.
