New Jersey Apartment Association www.njaa.com NJAA honors CIS Management, Inc. with 13 of its 20th Annual Garden State Awards for Excellence

The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) has honored CIS Management, Inc., the property management affiliate of Community Investment Strategies, Inc. (CIS), with 13 of its 20th Annual Garden State Awards for Excellence. Both CIS communities and individual employees were reconized for their achievements. Individual awards were given to Joseph Jackson for Maintenance Technician of the Year for his work at Heritage Village at Lawrence. Palmer Richardson was recognized as Rookie of the Year for his work at the Gardens at Birmingham. Five CIS communities were honored in both the Property Management and Curb Appeal categories. Those are Heritage Village at Elizabeth, Heritage Village at Lambertville, Heritage Village at Seabreeze, Tanyard Oaks and The Oaks at Weatherby. In addition, Heritage Village at Lawrence was honored for Curb Appeal. “Receiving 13 Awards for Excellence by the NJAA is a testament to, and direct reflection of, the care and hard work that our staff members put in each and every day. At CIS Management, we wouldn’t have it any other way,” said William Dailey, president of CIS Management, Inc. “Our people-first philoso- phy is an essential component of improving the quality of life of all of our residents and ensuring the continued success of our communities.”
