Size: 24,000 SF REED Autism Services expanded its presence in 2022 with the opening of a brand new Franklin Lakes campus of REED Academy, allowing the organization to serve additional students in the autism community. Situated on a 3.5-acre park-like campus, the 24,000 square-foot building is equipped with eight classrooms, a gym, playgrounds and a fully-enclosed courtyard, providing a new learning environment for students age three to teen. It is an expansion of REED Academy’s nearby Oakland, NJ campus, which continues to serve students age teen to 21 as well as REED Next Adult Services. The Franklin Lakes campus also provides a home for REED’s Intensive Behavior Services program, which launched as a pilot program in 2022.

A three-story addition to Schreiber’s existing facility will add therapy services to children with physical, learning, or behav - ioral disabilities. The addition will house 20 rooms including 8 for physical therapy and 6 for behavioral health treatment. It will also include a physical therapy gym, a multi-therapy suite, and an outdoor therapy garden. The project also adds a new HVAC system and renovation to various areas within their existing facility.
Size: 55,700 SF Preconstruction and construction management services for 30 senior living cottages. Three house designs were available to residents in both right and left-hand versions. Standard and optional features which included lofts, fireplaces and two-car garages. The construction consisted of multiple phases over three years.
