Matson Mill is adjacent to a SEPTA regional rail station which provides an easy commute to downtown Philadelphia.

Size: 139,000 SF Renovation to repurpose the 901 Market Street office tower building in downtown Wilmington into a full-service apartment complex. PTC’s new headquarters will consolidate existing facilities into a state-of-the-art campus for the global biopharmaceuti- cal leader. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Rubenstein Partners and Vision Real Estate Partners, in the transaction. The lease spans two connected buildings that will include offices, collaboration and conferencing spaces and research laboratories. Ownership has repositioned the Warren Corporate Center campus into a best-in-class corporate campus and life-science community for research and development that will provide PTC with the ideal space to optimize employee well-being and productivity.

Plans are in place for three phases of renovation at the 67,000 SF office building located at 4600 Westport Drive, Mechanicsburg. Phase one is compete, as the company’s call center is currently in operation and provides customer assistance nationally. The next two phases of renovation are to support the IT department and human resources department. By expanding a second head- quarters, West Shore Home anticipates adding another 300 jobs to the supporting departments. West Shore Home now operates in 17 states nationwide with 35 branches and counting. The first national headquarters is a 55,000 SF office building located on 3 Crossgates Drive, Mechanicsburg, and opened in 2021 with over 200 employees at the time.
