A 72,000 SF anchor lease by ShopRite marked the start of a new chapter for Blue Star Shopping Center. ShopRite has been a Blue Star tenant since 1980. As the property’s managing and leasing agent, LMC is taking major steps to redevelop, renovate and re-tenant the 420,000 SF retail property; the firm’s in-house construction team is serving as construction manager for the ground-up development of the brand-new, larger ShopRite store and full property update. Located on Route 22, Blue Star Shopping Center is a preeminent Somerset County shopping destination that houses an outstanding lineup of retailers, restaurants and service providers.
The NAI Summit brokerage team successfully negotiated a lease with Dave’s Department Store to occupy 18,773 SF within The Shops at Bethlehem, a neighborhood shopping center. This is the second location for Dave’s Department Store, seller of home goods and furniture in the Lehigh Valley region. The Shops at Bethlehem was acquired by Glen Una Investments in Q1 2020. The new ownership has completed extensive renovations and improvements to the center.
East Park Center is a Home Depot anchored shopping center located on Derry Street in the Harrisburg market of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Urban Air will soon be joining the Center’s other national co-tenants such as PetSmart, Sherwin Williams, and Papa John’s, just to name a few.
