Brokers: Sarah Finney Miller and Michael Adams Mission Autism Clinics, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy Clinic, leased 10,574 SF of office space in a single story building located in York, PA. The newly constructed facility will be fit-out for the unique therapy environment focusing on the care of young children and anticipates a move-in date by Q3 2023. This facility will allow Mission Autism Clinics to continue to expand their service area in York County. NAI Summit represented the tenant in the transaction.
Brokers: David DeMatteis, Benjamin Brenner and Mark Zaziski Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 40,000 SF lease for the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) at 15 East Midland Ave on behalf of the landlord, The Birch Group. The new long- term lease will allow the hospital to expand its footprint while creating a self-contained unit within the property. The Birch Group did a fantastic job adapting to the needs of the tenant by creatively restacking and renewing the property’s anchor tenant to create an isolated block for HSS with its own separate entrance. This deal was instrumental in expanding the medical market in Paramus as medical demand continues to increase.

The transaction saw the cardiovascular practice expand upon their previous 4,624 SF space. The transaction highlighted how Larken Associates’ continued commitment to a relationship-focused property management approach ensures it can build lasting relationships with its tenants and help them grow within the company’s portfolio.
