Commercial Lots and a Warehouse Max Spann Sold Nine Parcels of Real Estate for the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority in one Auction on October 6th, The Parcels included Residential Assemblages with views of the Inlet , Commercial Development Sites and a Warehouse located directly across for Bass Pro Shop. The buyer has closed and in putting an electric vehicle rental and sale facility on the site. The sale drew a wide variety of interested bidders including local businesses, developers and prospects from NY and Philadelphia. This sale preceded a similar sale for the City of Atlantic City where 30 lots were sold.
