Size: 430,000 SF Matson Mill is a podium-style apartment building that offers 280 luxury studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units constructed on top of a structured parking garage with 310 spots. Matson Mill features a robust collection of amenities, including a resort-style club room with an entertainment kitchen; a private lounge area; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a dog wash station; on-site bike storage; and an entry lobby area. Outdoor amenities include outdoor courtyards, a resort-style pool, an outdoor kitchen, and outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Matson Mill is adjacent to a SEPTA regional rail station which provides an easy commute to downtown Philadelphia.
Stout & Caldwell was engaged to provide comprehensive civil engineering, environmental and surveying services for Novacart Inc. and its 5.68-acre site at 2001 U.S. Route 130 North in Florence Township, NJ. The six-person team developed conceptual and major site plans plus a full spectrum of surveys, including boundary, topographic, highway, utilities and ALTA, which were used for planning board and various permitting requirements. Additionally, the firm conducted an environmental impact statement, storm water design and groundwater/soil testing. The scope included auto-turn analysis, parking lot design and landscape planning.
