Size: 148,000 SF Construction management services for a three-story, plus partial basement, addition to the existing Center for Engi - neering, Education, and Research (CEER) located on the university’s main campus. The new addition will surround the existing building on three sides and will be constructed as the existing facility remains fully occupied and operational. The project includes office suites for college leadership and seven offices for engineering staff, multimedia room for college/industry meetings, Engineering Hub that will serve as the administrative home for the university, engineering career zone that includes a dedicated resource center for individual career planning and recruitment activities, and engineering innovation lab that allows students to work on scalable real-world engineering projects.

Size: 304,000 SF Accurate broke ground in 2022 on a project that will totally revitalize an entire city block in Philadelphia’s burgeoning Northern Liberties neighborhood, known for its gastropubs, coffee bars, and deep connection to the local art scene. The project consists of two multifamily buildings that will house 297 rental residences, as well as 107 for-sale townhomes, including single, duplex and triplex floorplans. Featuring modern exteriors designed by ISA Architects, as well as public improvements such as sidewalks, planted spaces and new trees, the project will deliver much needed housing to the area and improve the overall aesthetic and pedestrian- friendly character of the neighborhood
