INUKA InTouch SQ1 2019

NEW TRIPLE DIAMOND LEADER TOLEKA LUDIDI WESTERN CAPE IF OTHERS CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!

What motivates you to continue building your business?

What advice would you give to someone who is trying to reach Triple Diamond Status?

INUKA changes people’s lives. I get motivated every time I see the people succeed who I have introduced to the INUKA Business. My personal success also plays a role in making sure that I continue to build my business. My WHY keeps evolving, with progress of course. I joined INUKA for financial freedom, but then when I became financially stable, I decided to have other goals that I work on. So, my WHY keeps changing and that motivates me to work even harder.

To maintain any level, you need a strong team. To be a successful leader you must groom more successful leaders. Mentor your team into leadership levels. Never only rely on only one strong leader. Distribution of sales is important. Treat every downline with the same respect. Every Member in your down- line is important, even if they only can contribute 5 PV’s to your Group Sales. Understand and be considerate to everyone’s struggles and make them see how they can improve. Never give up on your Members when their performance drops. Try to reach out and empathize. There are Members in my team who stayed at Pearl Status for almost a year, but now these Members are on their way to Diamond Status because I never gave up on them. I believe that there is potential in everyone and one day things will change for the better. I am grateful for the day that I decided to take charge to change my life. First, I have managed to leave my job and to be there for my children full-time. Before this they used to be the first to go to aftercare and last to leave aftercare. Financially I have found stability. I no longer buy something on credit. I have paid all my debts. I have also acquired a very good skill that I thought I didn’t have and that is BEING PATIENT. I get surprised sometimes how patient I am even with myself. Team Tholi, my Great Achievers and my team with Teachable Spirits: I have no words. I am grateful. You are the Triple Diamonds. Without you, I am nothing. Thank you for allowing me to be your Leader and Mentor. Remember we shall hustle until we get to the top and giving up is not an option. PUSHA, PHANDA PLAYA! How has INUKA changed your life?

How have you learned to balance running your business and taking care of your family?

Time management is the key. However, I am also grateful to have my family support in this. My children are so understanding. Sometimes they must wait for 2 hours after school while I am at INUKA serving my team. When I get to them the first question they would ask is: “Mommy were you at INUKA?” They even understand the INUKA terminology as they would ask about PV’s. Having their support is the best and we always work around my schedule to make sure that I don’t neglect them.

How do you and your husband work together in the business OR how does he support you?

The person behind my success is my husband. He is my no 1 supporter, my fan and the one who always believes in me even when I want to give up. He will sacrifice his busy schedule at times to take care of things while I am busy with my INUKA business. He also sells INUKA products on my behalf. I joined INUKA in October 2017 and with my kit I also received the INUKA Gala 2017 In Touch Magazine. My husband made time to read this In Touch Magazine as well as the Business Guide. He then encouraged me to invest all my energy in my new business and he believed in me from day 1. Thank you Bhungane, for believing in me and for supporting me on this journey. What were your biggest challenges you had to overcome on your way to Triple Diamond Status? I did not have it difficult at all. It is easy to work with my team and I am blessed. My team is teachable, they listen, and they implement my teachings. On my way to Triple Diamond Status there were months that my team was very close to reaching the required 20 000 Group PV. Buying in the PV to reach a status is not something that I believe in. But sometimes I would just be so tempted to buy in the PV’s to reach the status. However, I had to be patient and work even harder to reach this status as my no 1 priority for my team is to be able to maintain this status.
