What were your biggest challenges you had to overcome on your way to Double Diamond Status?
How do you support and motivate your team?
Tirelessly motivating and coaching my team. I share ideas and strategies that work for me and ask those that have implemented them also to give feedback. Though I communicate with my team online every day, we have dedicated days fortnightly for online team meetings where we discuss different topics. I let team members chair these meetings so that they can also gain confidence in talking about our INUKA business to potential recruits and their own team members in the future. I also do continuous follow ups randomly with members that I see are no longer active in the business. I had to get out of my comfort zone and do the INUKA Business to make money. I always look forward to the next day and have something to do. I am always busy and don’t have time to linger and spend money I don’t have. I am no longer broke during the month, stopped living by borrowing money month to month to survive. I always have customers paying throughout the month and having cash is king. Volume Rebates earnings on the 20th of every month is LIFE! I get to invest back in the business and afford my living expenses. My mind has shifted to the businesswoman mindset. I don’t have time and money to play around. Every day I go to bed with joy and fulfilment knowing that I have had a positive impact on someone’s life. The opportunity to travel abroad was something I never thought I will ever afford! Mauritius was awesome and what’s next? ISTANBUL-Turkey is that YOU? • Listen and be teachable. • Read the Business Guide from the first page to the last until you understand it. This will build up your confidence when doing presentations or talking to people about the business. • Use all INUKA products, so that you know them, and you will be confident when you talk to clients about them. • Work towards achieving all the INUKA Challenges. • Invest time and money in your business and you will reap the rewards. How has INUKA changed your life? What advice would you give someone who is just starting their INUKA Business?
It took a lot of hard work to get to Double Diamond and all my focus had to shift a little bit from my personal life and focus more on business for a while. That was the sacrifice I made. Staying positive, motivated and focused was difficult as you still have other personal matters that you need to attend to, and your team also needs you every day. It was difficult to maintain good communication with all my team members and to reach out to all team members. It sometimes needs you to go the extra mile and talk to them individually to get the message across
Getting stock timeously for my clients was also challenging.
What advice would you give to someone who is trying to reach Double Diamond Status?
“ Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’M POSSIBLE’!”
Don’t limit yourself. Believe that you can do anything if you put your mind into it. Remember you can go as far as your mind lets you. When I reach a status, I start recruiting and putting in strategies on how to get to the next one. I am a Double Diamond now, next is Triple Diamond Status and my focus is on how to get there. On achieving Triple Diamond Status, I will lead by example and be the biggest contributor by working very hard and motivating my team. Work towards achieving ALL Challenges given by INUKA and don’t say this is not possible for you to achieve. These challenges throughout the year builds up to your annual achievements and you also get to enjoy the incentives that come with these achievements. Use INUKA products daily. Branding, Branding and Branding... INUKA Members that’s my advice and that’s what keeps me going.
