EMPLOYABILITY MENTORING SCHEME School of Management students have the opportunity to undertake our unique six-month Employability Mentoring Scheme. The scheme involves the student working alongside a mentor in business to gain essential employability skills and valuable insight in to the world of work. The relationship you build with your mentor could be one of the most important and enriching ones you develop over your career. Your mentor can help to guide you in your career and help you make important links with other professionals and companies.
