OUR RESEARCH COURSES ENTRY REQUIREMENTS PhD: An undergraduate degree at 2.1 level and a master’s degree with a minimum overall grade at ‘Merit’. ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT IELTS 6.5 Overall (with no individual component below 6.5) or Swansea University recognised equivalent. PHD FINANCE Full Time (3 years) Part Time (6 years) Tuition Fees Per Year UK/EU: Full Time £4,400/Part Time – £2,200 Tuition Fees Per Year International: Full Time £16,100/Part Time – £8,100 Start dates: 1st October, 1st January, 1st April, 1st July. *Note these figures may vary every year We invite applications from well-qualified candidates whose research interests correspond to our areas of research expertise. Applicants are encouraged to explore the research expertise of the School to ensure a good fit between PhD proposals and potential supervisors. You will have the freedom to research the financial topic of your choice. You may decide to explore housing market dynamics within the UK or decide to research the modelling of financial market volatility using high-frequency international data; whatever your subject matter, we will support you.
