Be it on a local or global level, it is constantly evolving in line with shifts in global markets. The ability to flex as a business is more important now than ever; foreseeing risk and managing issues, the business landscape has changed. As a Business Management PhD/MPhil student, you will have the opportunity to make your mark on this landscape. You will have the freedom to research a host of business disciplines from consumer behaviour, business and strategy and internal relations to entrepreneurship, human resource management and operations and supply chain management. You will have an opportunity to impact industry and explore the various components that shape business. DOCTOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, DBA Part Time (4 years) Tuition Fees Per Year UK/EU: Part Time – £7,250 Tuition Fees Per Year International: Part Time – £7,250 *Note these figures may vary every year The Swansea School of Management DBA is a part-time professional doctorate designed for senior managers and leaders in all sectors; private, public and not-for-profit. On this programme, learners engage in applied research, bringing established and cutting-edge theory to bear on their practical organisational issues. You will develop and enrich practice in your field, as well as contributing to our understanding of the underpinning theoretical base for the work. The structured approach offered by the Swansea DBA is based on six modules over three years, blending lectures, guest talks, workshop discussions and student presentations. The doctoral thesis is developed in parallel under guidance from a doctoral supervisory team allocated at the start of the programme. The Swansea School of Management DBA is designed to develop critical thinkers and practitioners who will reflect on their impact on their organisations and society more generally.
