You would be hard-pressed to find a plastic surgeon with a bigger smile than Dr. Luis Rios. His fun and friendly personality characterizes a practice equally recognized for experience, education, and dedication to patient satisfaction and results. As a well-established surgeon local to Edinburg, Texas, Dr. Rios brings a strong background in aesthetic surgery to South Texas, inspired by his father’s distinguished career. Get more new patients. • Identify what’s working best and scale that. • Cut the fat of what’s not delivering. • Identify and implement new channels to fill any gaps in the plan. When it comes to growth, think about becoming just 10% better: • In lead generation (referrals, marketing) • Lead nurture (email, text, speed to lead) • Sales conversation (scripting, training) • Sales conversion (overcoming objections and providing solutions).
