Having experienced toxic work environments in the past, she was drawn to ClinicGrower by its leadership’s genuine empathy and vision. Here, she feels nourished, valued, and inspired. She said her favorite part of being on the team is the growth-focused environment. “I will 100% say it is the culture for me that wins hands down,” she said. “I think it’s a work culture that allows you to feel you can grow there. We grow practices, but we also grow everyone in ClinicGrower.” With a deep passion for creativity, Lerato is a true artist at heart. Her background includes writing novels, producing theater dramas, and working as a radio copywriter. This diverse experience has made her well-suited for the role of Creative Director, where she can fully utilize her natural skill sets. She enjoys getting to stay in her creative world.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at home with her family and pursuing her personal creative endeavors.
