I also repeat the above in that AR posted on its website a response to the application at approximately 18:30 on 23 May 2023 indicating that persons within AR had seen and considered the claim documents. The Applicant also published a press release (pages 21 - 22 of JDR1), which has resulted in numerous articles regarding the application in the mainstream media. In this way, it took additional steps to bring the fact of the application (if not the claim documents themselves) to the attention of a wide range of stakeholders, including the Second to Eighth Respondents.
