SWISS ALPINE ADVENTURE
DAY 1: DEPART FOR MILAN, ITALY Enjoy a private car ride to the airport. Guests depar- ting from the Toronto airport are assisted with their check-in. Meet your Journey Manager and fellow travellers, and board your flight to Italy. DAY 2: LUGANO, SWITZERLAND Upon our arrival in Milan, we are transferred by pri- vate coach to Lugano, Switzerland, where we are greeted by our local guide. After lunch, the day is at your leisure to relax or explore. Tonight, join us for a casual welcome dinner. (L,D) Hotel International, We head to the gorgeous lakeside paradise of Asco- na for a walking tour. Then, this evening, we enjoy a lovely dinner cruise along Lago di Lugano. (B,L,D) DAY 4: ST. MORITZ Enjoy a scenic drive through the San Bernardino Pass, Mala, Julier Pass and Engadin before arriving in glorious St. Moritz. Enjoy lunch at the hotel followed by a cable car ride to Piz Nair for spectacular views of St. Moritz, Pontresina, and Celerina. This evening join your fellow travellers for dinner at our hotel. (B,L,D) Hotel Schweizerhof, St. Moritz (1 night) DAY 5: THE GLACIER EXPRESS A day to remember, today we board the world-fa- mous Glacier Express on a first-class rail journey to Zermatt. Indulge in lunch onboard while admiring the spectacular scenery before arriving in Zermatt later this afternoon. A short walk brings us to our ho- tel. (B,L,D) Hotel Schweizerhof, Zermatt (2 nights) DAY 6: ZERMATT & MATTERHORN Enjoy a day at your leisure to relax and explore Zermatt, or join us on a scenic drive from Zermatt to Gornergrat to catch the best view of the iconic Lugano (2 nights) DAY 3: ASCONA

(B,D) DAY 7: MONTREUX & CHÂTEAU DE CHILLON Today we travel towards the charming old town of Visp through Pfyn-Finges nature park, Sion and Mar- tigny. We follow the Rhone River to Aigle until we get to Lake Geneva and the magnetic town of Montreux where we pay a visit to the gorgeous Chateau de Chillon. (B,L,D) Hotel Suisse Majestic, Montreux (2 nights) DAY 8: LAUSANNE Tempting smells of Swiss delicacies swirl through the air as we come upon Maison du Gruyère for a cheese tasting and then continue to Broc to the Maison Cailler to learn about chocolate. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure to explore the old town of Lausanne. (B,L,D) DAY 9: BERN & THE OMEGA WATCH FACTORY A scenic drive through the soothing country roads brings us to Biel where we tour the impressive Ome- ga Watch Factory. This afternoon we travel to Bern, where you can enjoy the afternoon at your leisure (B,L,D) Hotel Schweizerhof, Bern (2 nights) DAY 10: EMMENTAL & GRINDELWALD Adventure lingers in the air today as we travel to the fabled Emmental and its cheese factory. Afterwards, we travel to the Glacier Village of Grindelwald where the afternoon is at your leisure to explore. (B,L,D) DAY 11: TRAIN RIDE TO JUNGFRAUJOCH, THE ‘TOP OF EUROPE’ Aboard the ultimate rail journey, we climb 3,454 metres into the Alps to the Jungfraujoch, the ‘Top of
