We came across Mikhail by accident, when we saw a house on line that interested us. I was immediately impressed by his responsiveness and honesty (he advised against the house because of street noise). He got to know us, our likes and dislikes, our needs and wants, and guided us through the process of viewing a dozen homes, ultimately revisiting the one we purchased and serving as go between and negotiator with the sellers and their broker. Mikhail was kind and considerate throughout and extremely knowledgeable about the area and extended area as well as knowledgeable about home ownership, construction and maintenance. This process, under Mikhail’s tutelage, was a delight! He has given us good advice every step of the way. We did not have to buy at this time but he made the process so pleasurable that we will have good memories for many years to come. Mikhail has continued to be a friend to us, letting us know about support staff and weather-dependent responsibilities (we are novices, living in Manhattan), and we look forward to a continued relationship for years to come.
