Faifman Team will: -Request that each visitor sign in so that I may contact them later for a follow-Up. -Ensure that I get correct visitor contact info by means of a company-sponsored incentive, a drawing for a trip to the Bahamas. -Have Offer to Purchase forms and Buyer Representation forms readily available for visitors. -Provide visitors with an informational packet on your home including a: • Map with current listings and sold properties in your neighborhood to justify your home's price. • Brochure on your property with monthly mortgage payment calculation. -Give visitors my business card so they can call me with questions on your property -Provide rate sheets with various financing products provided by William Raveis Mortgage.
AFTER THE OPEN HOUSE
Faifman Team will: -Thank the neighbors for allowing me to place directional signs in their yards - this allows me to promote your home and also to seek additional buyers. - Follow up with visitors to be sure I have answered all questions. -Immediately give you a report on visitors comments and feedback.
