Princess Cruises Princess Cruises’ 2021 Europe schedule includes five ships sailing the Mediterranean, British Isles, Scandinavia, Russia, Norway, Iceland and the Transatlantic; each ship is Ocean Medallion- enabled. Cunard
Cunard will be launching their Summer 2021 itineraries this month. Hays Travel will be holding an in-store event for pre-registration on the 17 September 2019. Pop to into your local Hays Travel branch for further details and to secure your 2021 cruise. MSC Cruises After the successful launch of MSC Bellissima; MSC have three more new cruise ships in the pipeline! MSC Grandiosa debuts in November 2019, MSC Virtuosa follows in November 2020 and MSC Seashore launches in June 2021. MSC are also offering free upgrades from an inside to a balcony cabin, (free outside cabin on smaller ships), on all Summer 2020 cruises. Saga Cruises Saga Cruises’ spirits are certainly soaring! The new Spirit of Discovery, launched in July, has been well-received by UK customers. This luxury boutique all-inclusive ship features private balconies for every guest plus free WiFi, a choice of free specialty restaurants and 24 hour room service. Be on the lookout for Saga’s new Spirit of Adventure; launching in August 2020.

The Hays Travel Meet & Greet Team is made up of a group of 10 representatives who escort our exclusive chartered P&O Caribbean flights from Bournemouth and Newcastle airports, as well as overseeing airport and cruise terminal check-in and disembarkation. The team will meet customers disembarking at Southampton and Port of Tyne cruise terminals and selected flights at Bournemouth and Newcastle Airports. Fully uniformed with a name badge and a Hays Travel pop-up ‘welcome’ banner on display, the team are there to assist with any queries and to direct travellers to coaches, taxis and other public transport, ensuring our valued customers are safely on their journey home at the end of their cruise holiday. The Meet & Greet Team also oversee airport check-in and welcome back customers travelling on our exclusive charter flights at Bournemouth and Newcastle Airports, as well as escorting these and our other specialised cruise groups. Hays Travel are the only travel agent providing this unique and exclusive welcome service and we hope it adds a personal touch to your holiday.
