We honor and remember Warren H. Heilbronner, Esq., whose extraordinary leadership and unwavering dedication have profoundly shaped our organization. As Chairperson of the Management Board of Trustees, Warren's vision and commitment were instrumental in guiding Trust Services to new heights, impacting countless lives across New York State. with The Arc of Monroe and The Arc New York. His dedication to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities was evident in his active participation and leadership on The Arc New York Board of Governors and within his Chapter. Warren's contributions have touched the lives of thousands, making a profound difference in the field and advancing our mission. He was named The Arc New York Volunteer of the Year in 2020, among many other distinctions. In 2023, The Arc New York dedicated its large training room in Latham, NY, to Warren as an honor to thank him for his years of selfless work to the organization. Warren's exemplary service, steadfast advocacy, and visionary leadership have left an enduring mark on our community. His legacy will continue to inspire and guide us as we strive to uphold the values and mission he championed so fervently. We extend our deepest gratitude for his lifetime of service. Warren Heilbronner's impact will be felt for generations to come.

Warren joined the Trust Services Management Board of Trustees in 1986 and served as Chairperson and Co- Chairperson for nearly four decades. Under his stewardship, Trust Services grew from a developing pioneer to become a nationally recognized leader in special needs trusts, serving tens of thousands of individuals with disabilities and older adults. His leadership contributed to incredible growth in assets under management, establishing Trust Services as a model for excellence and innovation. Beyond his work with Trust Services, Warren's legacy is deeply intertwined with his nearly 50 years of volunteerism
