I was delighted to serve as the keynote speaker at Capital Regional Pharmacy Services’ 2nd Annual Caregivers Appreciation Luncheon in late August. This uplifting event celebrated the hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Capital Region. Among the five DSPs recognized, two proudly represented The Arc New York: Catherine Hernandez from The Arc of Rensselaer County and Zoricka Green from Warren, Washington & Albany Counties ARC (WWAARC). Congratulations to all the DSPs for your incredible contributions!
Matt Simpson, and Assemblymember John McDonald for their contributions and support. The former CEO of The Arc New York, Marc Brandt, and The Arc New York’s Board President, Daniel Martindale, also took the stage as speakers, making it a truly inspiring event.
