Michaels Stores is North America’s largest specialty retailer of arts, crafts, framing, floral, wall décor and seasonal merchandise for the hobby- ist and do-it-yourself home decorator. “Michaels is a highly popular retailer,” said Michael Cohen, vice president of leasing for Levin. “We think that our shoppers here will be happy to welcome them to our tenant mix.
