18. Is a security briefing given to all the guests coming for banquet events? We do have a Security brief in place however this is only shared in case requested. 19. Is the guest and service area clearly demarcated? Both our Service areas and Guest Areas are demarcated properly by push bar doors and movements of the guests to service area are fully restricted. Additionally all service areas are equipped with proximity card access readers and need your card to enter the area. . 20. Are kitchens provided with fire suppression systems and fire blankets? All the kitchens are provided with fire suppression by Ansul fire protection systems and fire blankets. 21. Is the IT server room provided with CCTV cameras and fire suppression systems? Yes this place is equipped with both the facilities. 22. Does the hotel have parking areas identified for differently-abled guests and is adequate signage available? A dedicated space has been earmarked for handicapped parking with signage displayed prominently 23. Is the key card programmed in the hotel for the elevators being used by the guests for floors? All our guest elevators are key accessed. Only common areas like Level 1, 2 3 and Level 18 & 19 will be accessible without key cards. 24. Is the hotel equipped with emergency phones which are directly connected to hotel emergency services? The phones at health club & pool are equipped with direct connection to the hotel ’ s emergency services
