Employees smoking cigarettes in front of guests whilst performing their duties. Employees smoking in food preparation areas or in any location where smoking is not permitted. Employees participating in gambling activities in the Hotel premises whether for money or otherwise. Employees dealing in or being involved with acts of prostitution on the Hotel premises or Staff Accommodation. Employees taking belongings left behind by guests out of the Hotel without following the Lost and Found procedures of the Hotel. Employees having or being in possession of illegal drugs or addictive substances on the Hotel premises or Staff Accommodation.
