5. Where is the gift shop located? Located at the Lobby level, the gift shop maple is past the Grand staircase towards the left hand side. 6. Where the Business Centre located & what is timing of operation? It is located on Lobby Level 2, operational from 10 am to 7.30pm for Non Resident guest. As this service is round the clock for Resident guest post 7:30 pm the Function Support Centre is opened on request by the Front Desk team. 7. What are the services available at the Business Centre? Business Centre will be providing the services listed below • Secretarial support, • 2 Dedicated computer workstations (1 iMac & 1 Windows), • Photocopying, Fax, Video conferencing, • Translation services and interpretation services, (outsourced and needs to be booked 24 hrs prior) • 8 seater Board room, • Courier services In Addition to this they will also cater as Function Support Centre, this will act as a show room that will display our Banqueting set ups, Menu, flower arrangements Food displays etc. 8. Where is the Horizon Club located and what are the Horizon Club Lounge timings & facilities?
