1. Is your hotel established with a security department round the clock? Yes, and it is manned by a Security Supervisor on each shift
2. Which is the agency providing security services to your hotel? The hotel entry and exit gates, basements and MLCP (Multi level Car Park) would be guarded by a professional security agency that presently handles some of the premier five star hotels in the City. 3. Is the hotel security staff trained to meet any challenges? Yes. The Team is trained to handle any scenario for which regular trainings are conducted for the security team members and other staff.
4. Is the hotel a standalone property or is merged with other facilities? The Hotel is a standalone property.
5. Is the hotel equipped with a dedicated CCTV control room and is it manned? The CCTV room is manned round the clock with effective communication to track and intercept any unusual activities. The CCTV room also has the Main Hotel Fire Panel, Panic Alarm Panel, Gas Leak detection Panel which are also monitored by the CCTV personnel, All the Panels have Digital display and show the exact location of emergency. 6. Is the hotel equipped with a dedicate fire command centre? The Hotels Fire Command Centre is manned round the clock and has constant vigilance from Security Personnel.
