Active & Able Fitness 50+ Enhance cardio health with low-impact exercises that improve strength, agility, coordination, and balance. Modifications are demonstrated and can include some floor work. Active & Able Interval Training 50+ Improve your cardio, strength and agility through a series of exercises bouts that will be interspersed with rest periods or lighter exercises Barre & HIIT Combo Tone with Barre, sweat with HIIT! This combo class build strength and boost endurance. All levels are welcome Cardio Mix Expertly combine the major components of fitness with an emphasis on cardio, flexibility, muscular strength, endurance in a high-energy class. Cardio Step & Muscle A combination of cardio step and intervals with an added resistance challenge to make this a well-rounded workout. Cardio Workout Enjoy a stimulating cardio class of high or low interval training. Workout (50+) offers a low impact option. Chair Yoga Boost mindfulness, balance and flexibility with the support of a chair. Experience Yoga 50+, with modified options. All levels and abilities are welcome. Core Strength & Conditioning Combine core exercises with functional movements to enhance stability and performance. Cycle & Cycle Express Experience a non-impact cardio workout including indoor cycling intervals and drills. Cycle & Strength Full body workout with cycling for cardio, followed by strength training with bands and dumbbells. Cycle & Stretch Find relaxation in a calming class that transitions an invigorating ride to stretches. Functional Strength Focus on functional training with the goal of practicing movements safely and correctly. Gentle Fit 50+ Improve balance, strength, and stability through everyday movements in a moderate intensity class. Features chair and standing exercises. Gentle Yoga & Meditation Move through gentle, easy-on-your-body, yoga poses, followed by a guided meditation. Hatha Yoga Postures and stretches with breath work to encourage alignment, improve balance, increase strength and help calm the mind and body. Hip Hop Fitness Heighten energy with hip hop choreography, fitness, and fun. HITT Express Maximize a total-body, cardio and strength workout with High Intensity Interval training (HIIT), followed by a recovery interval and stretch. Holiday Dance Fit A high-energy holiday-themed fitness class that combines dynamic dance routines set to your favourite holiday hits and popular chart-toppers! This class is designed for all fitness levels and offers a fun way to burn calories while getting. Interval Training Alternate burst of high and low intensity exercises in this cardio-based class to burn calories, build strength, and boost endurance efficiently. Intro to Barre Sculpt, tone, and strengthen with our energizing Barre class where ballet meets yoga and pilates. Iyengar Yoga Intro Develop strength and flexibility. For beginners and experienced students seeking to focus on fundamentals. Props are optional if brought. Iyengar Yoga – Restorative and Pranayama Each session will begin with calming restorative poses, followed by gentle breath work to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling refreshed. All are welcome. Bring a mat and a blanket. Lift & Sculpt Work lower body muscles with strength and conditioning exercises. Use dumbbells, bands and body weight to improve lower body strength and function. Mindful Yoga Practice balancing mindfulness and body connection, strength building, and relaxation. Pilates & Pilates Express Improve flexibility, strength, endurance, along with concentration, breathing, and overall core strength, with a precise system of exercises. Post-natal Core Strength & Stretch Level 01 Blend strength training, yoga, and relaxation. Suitable for all birthing people no matter where in their postpartum journey they

Experience a whole-body strength and conditioning class for those who are postpartum and are ready to take their fitness to the next level, building Level 01. Please bring a mat and proper footwear.
